seriously that anon needs to shut the hell up. dont feel like you need to make sure you dont let anyone down, because youre not. personal problems and getting rid of anxiety which sucks, should be first priority. if idiots have a problem with it, they obviously havnt experienced how you feel and think you should be 'energetic' or 'happy' for them. its bull crap and you dont deserve the guilt theyre trying to put on you.
